Donell “DJ Grizzly” Bessent and Mike “DJ EV” Joseph are the owner-operators behind Royal Crown Entertainment, a Hampton Roads–based entertainment company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined DJ experience to every event.

DJ EV is a seasoned entertainment professional with more than 20 years of experience performing at weddings, corporate functions, and private events. As a master of ceremonies, he knows how to command a room, make clear and confident announcements, coordinate important moments, and keep an event flowing smoothly without taking attention away from the guests of honor.
