What we collect

When you check a date and book a call, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or city, guest count, package interest, and any music notes or playlist links you choose to share.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, hold your date, plan your event, and send confirmations and reminders about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we rely on

Call scheduling runs on Cal.com, which stores the booking details you submit and sends the confirmation emails. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of these companies handles your data under its own privacy policy, and each may set the cookies it needs to work.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and event details for as long as we need them to plan and deliver your event, and afterward for our business records. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email RoyalCrownEntertainment757@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
